Refund's & Return's Policy

Refunds will only be excepted on items that arrive to customers damaged or broken. photographic  evidence must be provided within 24 hours of of receiving package. 

At Little Gem Shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns:

Returns will only be accepted for items that arrive damaged. In such cases, we require photographic evidence to be provided to process the return. This ensures that we can address any issues effectively and maintain the quality of our products.

It is important to note that custom-made crafts cannot be returned. We encourage all customers to double-check all sizes and requirements before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

Custom order's / crafted items will only be eligible for refund if damaged or broken on arrival. please ensure all size's are double checked before purchasing. 

Store credit will always be offered first on one off items that can not be replaced.
